Field Iron Workers / Welders (All Levels)

What You’ll Do
  • Perform welding and fabrication on structural steel and metal components
  • Work with hand tools, power tools, torches, and welding equipment
  • Read measurements and follow specifications
  • Support safe movement and handling of materials


Openings for All Levels:
  • Apprentice Welders – Basic welding knowledge or certifications
  • Journeyman Welders – Experience with MIG/TIG, fitment, and production welding
  • Experienced/Tradesman Welders – Advanced skills, multi-position welding, and troubleshooting


What We’re Looking For
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Welding experience or training (any level welcome)
  • Ability to read measurements and work with precision
  • Commitment to safety and quality
