Recourse Communications has partnered with a leading, fast-growing logistics provider to find a sharp, self-motivated Sales Representative ready to hit the ground running in the domestic freight world. If you're a proven closer in LTL, FTL, and hotshot freight—with a solid book of business and a hunger to grow this is your chance to make a big impact in a niche market that rewards hustle.

 

What You’ll Do:

  • Sell specialized logistics solutions including LTL, FTL, and hotshot freight
  • Manage and grow your existing book of business while prospecting new opportunities
  • Understand client needs and deliver tailored transportation solutions
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure on-time, reliable delivery
  • Stay on top of your pipeline using CRM tools and performance metrics
  • Represent the company with professionalism, reliability, and drive


What We’re Looking For:

  • 2+ logistics sales experience (LTL, FTL, or hotshot required)
  • Existing book of business to bring with you on Day 1
  • High School Diploma or GED preferred
  • Strong negotiation, communication, and relationship-building skills
  • Independent, self-driven, and goal-oriented
  • Tech-savvy with CRM tools (Salesforce a plus)
