The Role:
- Manage customer enquiries, requests, and complaint resolution
- Handle accounts receivable, collections, refunds, and debt recovery
- Monitor overdue accounts, credit risks, and collection performance
- Develop and improve collection procedures and payment processes
- Support ERP projects, UAT testing, system migration, and enhancements
- Diploma in Accounting, Business, or related discipline
- Minimum 1-2 years' experience in collections, AR, or credit control
- Strong communication and negotiation skills with customers
- Experience with legal collections and debt recovery preferred
- Working knowledge of Excel and ERP systems such as SAP or Oracle
