The Role:
- Lead Microsoft Teams Phone and telephone number migration projects
- Administer and support Microsoft 365 / Teams enterprise voice services
- Coordinate deployments, track progress, and maintain documentation
- Troubleshoot technical issues with internal teams, vendors, and service providers
- Provide L2 support for end-user systems, applications, and modernization initiatives
- Degree in IT, Computer Science, Information Systems, or related disciplines
- At least 1-2 years' experience in Microsoft 365 administration, IT support, or project coordination
- Knowledge of Windows, Microsoft 365, Active Directory, and IT infrastructure
- Strong communication, problem-solving, stakeholder coordination, and reporting skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese; proactive and willing to learn
