We are seeking a Finance Manager (Treasury) to steer the corporate treasury operations and to safeguard the commercial interests. This dual-impact role goes beyond traditional numbers; you will serve as our primary gateway to banking partners and spearhead basic legal risk management by overseeing commercial contract reviews. If you excel at optimizing liquidity while proactively mitigating legal vulnerabilities, this role offers an expansive platform for your expertise.
Core Responsibilities
1. Liquidity & Capital Optimization

Direct the modeling, preparation, and analysis of multi-method cash flow statements to ensure absolute visibility into liquidity.

Architect short- and medium-term liquidity forecasts to guide corporate spending decisions.

Partner across departments to drive annual budget preparation and deliver sharp variance analyses.
2. Banking Capital & Relationship Management

Act as the face of the company to financial institutions, managing daily credit facilities, loans, L/Cs, and FX transactions.

Own the compilation of credit-readiness packages, financial forecasts, and repayment strategies required by lenders.

Actively negotiate credit terms, interest structures, and banking fees to maximize financial efficiency.
3. Commercial Contract Review & Legal Operations

Review, draft, and optimize commercial agreements (NDAs, procurement, sales, and service contracts) to insulate the business from risk.

Act as our primary interface with external counsel for complex litigation, corporate advisory, or intricate contract frameworks.

Corporate Governance: Oversee routine legal filings, including corporate registrations and structural amendments.
Requirements

A Bachelor’s degree in Finance or Accounting. Active CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional standing is highly desirable.

A minimum of 8 years in corporate finance, featuring a dedicated 5-year focus on treasury, liquidity management, and banking operations. Prior exposure to commercial legal review is a major advantage.

Absolute mastery of cash flow methodologies and standard banking infrastructure.

A sharp ability to independently identify unfavorable contract clauses, compliance gaps, and liability risks.

Native or professional fluency in Mandarin, Cantonese, and English (written and spoken) is required. Total flexibility to travel and work across Mainland China is a must.
