Location: Dublin & Leinster | Full-Time | Permanent

Salary: €75,000 – €85,000 DOE

The Role

This is a hands-on BMS Project Engineer position with a strong focus on software engineering, commissioning and project delivery.

  • Lead the technical delivery of BMS projects across multiple sites
  • Program, test and commission BMS systems
  • Support system design and engineering activities
  • Manage project costs and monitor delivery against programme
  • Liaise with clients, consultants and onsite stakeholders
  • Carry out demonstrations, testing and handover of completed systems
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues during commissioning
  • Work closely with a team of engineers on high-profile projects


The Person

This role could suit candidates from a range of building services, automation and engineering backgrounds.

  • Experience as a BMS Engineer, Project Engineer, Controls Engineer or Automation Engineer
  • Strong knowledge of HVAC systems and building services
  • Good understanding of electrical and instrumentation systems
  • Experience commissioning and testing BMS installations
  • Knowledge of Cylon or Tridium systems would be highly beneficial
  • Exposure to Siemens or Sauter systems is an advantage
  • Strong communication skills and ability to manage client relationships
  • Comfortable leading projects and working on your own initiative
