What You'll Do:

  • Perform routine cleaning and basic machine maintenance.
  • Report equipment issues and assist in troubleshooting when needed.
  • Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area.
  • Work with the production team to meet daily production goals.

What We're Looking For:

  • Previous manufacturing or machine operating experience preferred.
  • Press operation experience is a plus but not required.
  • Ability to read blueprints, work instructions, and production documents.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Mechanical aptitude and basic troubleshooting skills.
  • Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks.
  • Reliable attendance and a positive team-oriented attitude.
  • High school diploma or GED preferred.
