Recruiter (Bilingual Spanish/Portuguese)

Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM

Work Arrangement: Hybrid (Remote with required in-office attendance 2 times per month)

Position Summary

The Recruiter is responsible for managing full-cycle recruiting activities within an assigned region while partnering with operational leadership to develop and execute staffing strategies that support regional and corporate hiring objectives. This role focuses on attracting top talent, maintaining recruiting pipelines, and delivering a positive candidate experience in a fast-paced, high-volume environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for assigned positions.
• Source experienced and entry-level candidates through:
  • Networking
  • Employee referrals
  • Internet sourcing and recruiting tools
  • Talent pipeline development
  • Competitive market research
• Develop and maintain candidate pipelines for current and future hiring needs.
• Utilize Workday and other recruiting technologies to manage candidate activity.
• Manage recruiting resources and advertising to ensure cost-effective hiring.
• Screen, interview, and assess candidates.
• Maintain accurate applicant records within the applicant tracking system.
• Coordinate and evaluate background checks.
• Manage onboarding activities, including:
  • Verbal offers
  • Offer documentation
  • Start date coordination
  • New hire orientation scheduling
• Coordinate and participate in job fairs, hiring events, and open houses.
• Support college recruiting initiatives.
• Provide recruiting guidance and staffing best practices to HR partners.
• Partner with hiring managers to develop effective recruiting strategies.
• Support quality initiatives and perform additional duties as assigned.
• Travel as needed.

Required Qualifications

• Fluent in Spanish and/or Portuguese (required).
• 2–3 years of full-cycle recruiting experience in a high-volume, difficult-to-fill recruiting environment.
• Hands-on experience recruiting with Workday.
• Strong sourcing, interviewing, and candidate relationship management skills.
• Experience managing multiple requisitions simultaneously.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with hiring managers and HR teams.
• Must include City/State on resume.
• Must be able to report to one of the designated office locations two times per month.

Preferred Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or university.
• PHR or SPHR certification.
• Insurance industry recruiting experience.
