Our client, a highly regarded NDIS organisation based in Camberwell, is seeking an experienced and proactive Administrator to join their team for an immediate temporary assignment. The organisation provides health care services to our community, with several sites located across Australia.

The Opportunity

Reporting to the Client Engagement Lead, you will be based in the scheduling team and responsible for a variety of administrative duties, ensuring the smooth day-to-day operation of the department.

Key Responsibilities
  • Processing client renewals and associated documentation
  • Data migration, maintenance and record management within Salesforce
  • Providing general administrative support across the team
  • Maintaining accurate records and databases
  • Assisting with ad hoc administration projects as required
This is a fantastic opportunity for a detail-oriented administrator who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and takes pride in providing exceptional support.
 
To be successful you will bring: 
  • Previous experience in an administrative/scheduling/rostering or office support position
  • Exposure to the NDIS sector would be highly desirable
  • Strong ERP systems knowledge experience (Salesforce highly regarded)
  • Exceptional attention to detail and accuracy
  • Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
  • A proactive, positive attitude and willingness to support the broader team
