Jandakot | Permanent Full-Time | $65,000 – $70,000 + Super

An exciting opportunity has become available for a Customer Service professional to join a long standing global business.

This is a hands-on customer service role where you will be responsible for managing customer enquiries, processing orders, coordinating with warehouses and freight providers, and supporting the sales team to deliver a seamless customer experience.

You’ll be joining an established and supportive team of five and will work closely with the Hub Manager and broader sales and warehouse teams.


Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing incoming customer calls and enquiries relating to orders, products, pricing and availability
  
  
• Processing customer orders accurately
  
  
• Liaising with warehouse managers, sales representatives and freight companies regarding orders and deliveries
  
  
• Following up outstanding orders, backorders, stock availability and delivery issues
  
  
• Making proactive outbound calls to customers to follow up enquiries, quotes and orders
  
  
• Identifying opportunities to upsell and cross-sell products and generate additional business
  
  
• Providing sales support to Business Development Executives, including stock level reporting and order assistance
  
  
• Managing enquiries through the ticketing system and shared inbox
  
  
• Processing invoices and general administration associated with customer orders
  
  
• Building strong relationships with customers through reliable, responsive and professional service
  
  

The role will involve a combination of inbound and outbound customer contact. While call volumes will vary, the successful person will be comfortable working in a busy environment where customer service, accuracy and responsiveness are important.

About You:

• Previous experience in customer service, call centre, sales support or a similar role
  
  
• Strong verbal communication and a professional telephone manner
  
  
• Excellent attention to detail and accuracy when processing orders
  
  
• Confidence making outbound calls and proactively engaging with customers
  
  
• A genuine commercial mindset and willingness to identify sales opportunities
  
  
• Good computer skills and experience using Microsoft Office
  
  
• Experience working with ticketing systems, shared inboxes or CRM platforms is advantageous
  
  
• The ability to work collaboratively with sales, warehouse and operational teams
  
  
• A positive, motivated and outgoing personality

Training & Support:

You’ll receive a structured onboarding program to ensure you are confident in the systems, products and processes.

Initial training will take place with the existing team, followed by ongoing support from the Hub Manager and regular catch-ups via Teams. You’ll have plenty of opportunity to learn the role before taking ownership of the WA customer base.
