We are currently partnering with a renowned conglomerate to appoint a Senior Accountant within their Hong Kong headquarters. This position offers valuable exposure to group reporting, consolidation, and strategic finance initiatives across international markets.
Responsibilities
- Assist in group consolidation processes, including preparation of journals, schedules, and required disclosures
- Prepare regular cash flow reports and perform forecasting and variance analysis
- Conduct financial reviews across key statements, including P&L, balance sheet, and cash flow
- Support both interim and annual reporting cycles at group and head office levels
- Participate in budgeting and forecasting activities
- Contribute to technical accounting research, process enhancements, and various finance projects
Requirements
- Degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline
- Qualified accountant (e.g. HKICPA, ACCA, CPA, or equivalent)
- At least 4 years of relevant experience in audit, consolidation, or financial reporting; Big 4 candidates are welcome
- Solid understanding of IFRS standards
- Good command of both written and spoken English and Chinese
