The Opportunity:
As a true Business Partner, you will be expected to consult/create solutions at a strategic commercial level as well as provide tactical HR support. Partnering with intelligent and innovative business leaders, you will develop effective working relationships, partnering with senior executives in the development and delivery of the people agenda and cyclical HR processes. A further focus will be on developing HR frameworks, policies and procedures to support the business at this exciting stage.

What you will bring:
- Technically sound HR skills across all disciplines including performance management, remuneration & reward, employee relations, change management, talent management and project management;
- Exceptional relationship and influencing skills across all levels;
- Prior experience in financial or professional services would be ideal;
- Ability to operate at a commercially strategic level as well as willingness to operate at the transactional level
- Tertiary qualifications in HR or related discipline.
