Apply directGTM Search is partnered with a well-funded (€4.5m), fast growing start-up to help them hire an Account Executive (Senior depending on experience).
We’re looking for candidates that have experience in selling finance products/software to the hospitality industry. These could be in the POS, accounting, reporting, payments spaces etc. Although other types of products/software will be considered as long as its been within the hospitality sector.
We’re looking for candidates that are based either in London or Manchester and are able to work remotely when they aren’t out meeting with prospects, conducting demos face to face etc.

They are a rapidly growing AI-driven Fintech startup founded 2020. They have demonstrated clear PMF within the hospitality industry having acquired over 100 customers in the last 2 years and are looking for someone to drive further growth within the industry.
You will be responsible for developing and nurturing relationships with key decision-makers, understanding their needs, and tailoring solutions that meet and exceed their expectations. Your ability to drive sales, foster long-term partnerships, and contribute to our growth strategy will be instrumental in your success.

What you’ll do
· Source your own pipeline of new clients through outbound activities
· Manage end to end sales cycle
· Build and cultivate prospect relationships by continuously engaging them
· Identify potential client/market needs and work with internal teams to address business opportunities
· Partner with CRO to develop and implement end-to-end strategies for growth within the UK market
What we’re looking for
Required
· Experience selling into the hospitality industry
· Experience with small business accounting (either sold accounting solutions or run your own business)
· Ability to work independently and take ownership
· Results driven approach and ability to work against monthly defined targets
· A ‘can do’ attitude and be adaptable to change
· Excellent communication skills and experience working in cross functional teams
· Organisation and prioritization as well as ability to meet deadlines
· Comfortable using Google Suite, CRM and other lead generation tools
Nice to Have
· Prior experience working in startup environment
· Previously run / operated your own business
