Dispatch Coordinator – Enfield | 8:00am – 4:00pm | Temp to Perm Opportunity

We're currently seeking a reliable and organised Dispatch Coordinator to join a busy team based in Enfield. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with strong communication and coordination skills who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment. The role is Monday to Friday, 8:00am to 4:00pm, with the potential to become a permanent position for the right candidate.

Key Responsibilities:

• Managing office-based dispatch allocations
  
  
• Scheduling daily pick-ups and coordinating transport
  
  
• Communicating with drivers to ensure smooth operations
  
  
• Monitoring delivery runs and ensuring schedules are met
  
  
• Providing timely updates and resolving any scheduling issues
  
  

What We're Looking For:

• Previous experience in dispatch, transport, logistics, or scheduling (preferred)
  
  
• Excellent communication and organisational skills
  
  
• Ability to multitask and work efficiently under pressure
  
  
• Strong attention to detail
  
  
• Confident using computers and office-based systems
