Onsite Team Consultant

We are excited to announce an amazing opportunity for an Onsite Day shift and Night shift Consultants to join our dedicated team for our client in Bella Vista, Moorebank, Chullora & Kemps Creek NSW. This client is a globally recognised leader in e-commerce and innovation.

As the onsite representative for Chandler Macleod, you will play a key role in the smooth operation of a fast-paced warehouse environment, helping manage and support a team of up to 300 employees.

We currently have multiple positions available, covering day and night shift with the role commencing May 2026.

The Front End shift pattern is as follows:
Week 1 - Sun, Mon, Tue
Week 2 - Sun, Mon, Tue, Wed

The Back End shift pattern is as follows:
Week 1 - Wed, Thur, Fri and Sat 
Week 2 - Thur, Fri, Sat 

Kemps Creek
Day shift hours are 7:00 to 18:00
Night shift hours are 17:30 to 04:30

Moorebank
Day shift hours are 7:00 to 18:00
Night shift hours are 17:30 to 04:30

Chullora 
Night shift hours are 23:00 to 09:00

Bella Vista
Night shift hours are 23:00 to 09:00


As an Onsite Consultant, you will be responsible for the following:

• Engaging and building relationships with candidates
• Leading proactive safety initiatives and to create a safe work environment
• Managing attendance and rosters for a large workforce
• Overseeing administrative tasks and maintaining accurate database records

To succeed in this role, you will need:

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with a strong customer service focus
• Experience in high-volume blue-collar recruitment or onsite workforce management
• Strong administrative and process-driven abilities
• A proactive, self-motivated attitude with a drive to learn and achieve
• Ability to work both autonomously and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
