Location: Enfield
Hours: Monday to Friday, 8:00am – 4:00pm
Employment Type: Ongoing temp role with full-time hours

We are currently seeking an organised and customer-focused Warehouse Administrator to join our busy team based in Enfield. This is an ongoing opportunity offering consistent full-time hours for someone who thrives in a fast-paced logistics environment.


Key Responsibilities

• Liaise with customers regarding delivery schedules and updates.
• Coordinate and arrange timely re-deliveries when required.
• Respond to customer enquiries via phone and email in a professional manner.
• Work closely with the warehouse and transport teams to ensure efficient dispatch operations.
• Update delivery information and maintain accurate records in company systems.
• Monitor outstanding deliveries and proactively resolve issues.
• Provide general administrative support to the dispatch team.

About You

• Previous administration experience, ideally within a warehouse, transport, or logistics environment.
• Excellent communication and customer service skills.
• Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks.
• High attention to detail and accurate data entry skills.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and computer systems.
