Jayce Grayye Consulting is seeking a Remote Disposition Manager for one of our clients!


Our client seeks a motivated and results-driven Remote Disposition Manager to play a key role in driving real estate acquisitions. This fully remote position is ideal for high-performing sales professionals ready to excel in a fast-paced and dynamic environment, leveraging their skills to close deals and contribute to the company’s rapid growth in the real estate investment industry. Our client is a real estate company that purchases homes all over the United States.

They are looking for a highly motivated, extremely professional individual who loves helping people and being part of a hard-working team. You must be a team player with strong phone, verbal, written, and organizational skills, along with the ability to build rapport quickly and overcome objections. We are looking for someone who wants to be part of something great and grow with us, if you change jobs frequently... this isn't for you.


They have a sales team that acquires properties every day and we need additional salespeople that will come in and help sell these properties to investors!


Structure & Compensation:

Full-Time, Remote

Base Salary: $35,000/year + Commissions

On-Target Earnings (OTE): $80,000–$110,000/yr


Responsibilities:

· Work with Buyers, Sellers, and Title Companies to Get Our Properties Sold

· Manage Text Blasts, Email Blast, and text communication with buyers

· Speak with investors and convey property info to sell the property qualifications:

· Minimum of 2 years of previous sales experience

· Work well under pressure

· Must feel comfortable speaking with people

· Comfortable typing and navigating on a computer

· Prior experience with Microsoft Office

· Must love people and love fun!
