Marketing Manager

We're partnering with a growing business in the eCommerce and collectibles industry to recruit a Marketing Manager.

With two established brands, a loyal customer base and impressive organic growth, they're looking for an experienced marketer to elevate their marketing and build on that success.

This is your chance to step into a hands-on role where you'll have the freedom to influence strategy, turn ideas into action and make a genuine impact.

The Opportunity
You'll be involved in everything from product launches and customer engagement to CRM, content creation, digital campaigns and marketing analytics. It's a varied role that combines strategic thinking with hands-on execution.

Working as part of a collaborative team, you'll have the autonomy to make decisions, move quickly and help shape the next stage of the business's growth.

What You'll Be Doing

• Develop and execute integrated marketing campaigns across digital channels.
• Drive customer acquisition, engagement and retention.
• Manage paid advertising across Meta, Google and other platforms.
• Create and optimise EDM and CRM campaigns.
• Plan and execute product launches, promotions and seasonal campaigns.
• Grow online communities through engaging content and social media.
• Analyse campaign performance and identify opportunities to optimise marketing activity.
• Collaborate with the wider team to deliver marketing initiatives.

About You

• You're someone who enjoys variety and likes being involved in every stage of a campaign, from the initial idea through to measuring success.
• You thrive in a fast-paced environment, enjoy taking ownership and are comfortable balancing strategy with hands-on execution.
• You'll have experience across digital marketing, paid media, CRM, eCommerce and campaign management, along with the commercial mindset to use data and insights to improve performance.
• Experience working with brands that have passionate customer communities will be highly regarded. This could include gaming, lifestyle, fashion, sporting goods, streetwear, collectibles or similar industries.
