About the role and company:

As a Customer Service Officer, your role will be predominantly administration-based, with some phone-based customer interaction. You'll need to be confident communicating with customers and comfortable working in a fast-paced environment across multiple systems.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Liaising with customers and internal teams via phone and email.
  • Managing high-volume administrative tasks, including preparing payout letters, account statements, processing payment allocations and completing account checks.
  • Handling customer complaints and de-escalating issues in a professional and timely manner.
About you: 

To succeed in this role, you'll bring previous customer service and administration experience, along with the ability to thrive in a fast-paced environment. Key skills and experience include:
  • Experience working across multiple systems and CRM platforms.
  • The ability to learn quickly and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Strong attention to detail in a highly administrative role.
  • Experience handling customer complaints (desirable).
  • Previous experience within the financial services sector (highly desirable).
  • A positive attitude and willingness to embrace change.
A couple of extra things you should know:
  • We are recruiting for a permanent position and a 12-month term role both are - Full time | 8:30am – 5:00pm
  • Monday to Friday | 2-4 weeks mandatory in-office training followed by hybrid model (3 days in office, 2 days WFH)
  • Salary of $80,000-$93,000 inclusive of Super.
  • Office located in Brisbane CBD. 
  • Start Date: ASAP, notice periods can be accommodated
