About the opportunity
Due to continued growth, our RPO business is seeking an experienced Medical Recruiter to join the team in a permanent role, working with two of our newest clients.
 
Working as part of an RPO partnership, you’ll support our healthcare clients helping them attract and secure the doctors and nurses they need.
 
This role gives you the opportunity to focus on the parts of recruitment that have the greatest impact: finding great candidates, building trusted relationships and delivering for your stakeholders – without the sales and business development.
 
As part of our experienced RPO team, you’ll deliver on recruitment requirements across medical and nursing appointments, while developing a strong understanding of the client’s workforce, culture and ongoing talent requirements.
 
Your responsibilities will include:

• Managing end-to-end recruitment processes across doctor and nursing appointments
• Proactively sourcing and engaging medical and nursing professionals to build talent pools
• Building and maintaining strong candidate pipelines across key clinical disciplines
• Partnering closely with hiring managers and stakeholders to understand and meet workforce plans
• Managing candidate relationships from initial engagement through to appointment
• Providing market insights and recruitment advice to stakeholders
• Delivering a responsive, high-quality candidate and hiring manager experience
• Contributing to the ongoing success and development of our RPO partnerships

 
You’ll have the support of an experienced team while developing genuine, long-term relationships within the client account.
 
About you
We’re looking for an experienced medical recruiter who understands the nuances of recruiting clinical professionals and knows how to engage doctors and nurses in a competitive talent market.
 
You’ll enjoy relationship-led recruitment and the opportunity to work closely with a client over the long term, rather than continually moving between accounts or focusing on new business generation.
 
The ideal candidate will have:

• Demonstrated experience recruiting doctors and nurses within the Australian healthcare market
• Strong knowledge of medical and clinical recruitment processes
• Proven ability to proactively source and engage healthcare professionals
• Experience managing end-to-end recruitment processes in a high-demand talent market
• Strong stakeholder and account management capability
• The ability to build trusted relationships with candidates, hiring managers and internal stakeholders
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills
• A proactive, organised and solutions-focused approach to recruitment
