Engineer/Software Architect

About the Company:

Our client is a global automotive supplier with a presence in 30 countries. They create innovative products and systems aimed at reducing CO₂ emissions and developing intuitive driving.

Responsibilities:

• Define the software architecture of the product (front camera)
• Ensure product robustness and apply standards
• Support Software Requirement Management
• Define the software architecture of the product
• Define the SW structure of the product and its components in line with the platform configurator
• Identify and support the management of technical risks of SW architectures in projects
• Make suggestions for continuous improvement in relation to the platform
• Apply standards SW solutions
• Support SW Design Reviews
• Manage the link with other metiers/calling for hierarchical support if needed
• Capitalization of the know-how (standardization, specifications, technical reports, processes, and guidelines)
• Support SW requirement management
• Interface with customers for SW architecture content

Requirements

• Bachelor of Science degree or graduation from a vocational school related to software development at minimum
• More than 4 years of real-time embedded software development
• Experience in automotive software development
• Personal experience in designing, coding, and testing embedded software for mass-production product
• Experience in doing peer-review with co-workers
• English (Business)
• Japanese (Native level)
