Overview
Our client is a sizeable listed multinational trading and manufacturing company with operations across Asia, Europe, and the Americas. With a well-established global presence and a dynamic, collaborative working culture, they are seeking an Assistant FP&A Manager to join their Corporate FP&A team and support regional and group-level financial planning and analysis initiatives.

Your New Role:

  • Support the annual planning cycle, periodic forecasting exercises, and management reporting across multiple business units.
  • Deliver meaningful financial insights by analyzing operating results, identifying trends, and highlighting key performance drivers.
  • Collaborate with regional finance and business teams to evaluate performance and support strategic decision-making.
  • Assist in preparing presentations and financial packs for senior leadership and management review meetings.
  • Conduct financial modelling, profitability assessments, investment analysis, and other business partnering activities.
  • Drive reporting enhancement initiatives by streamlining processes and improving data visibility.
  • Participate in finance transformation projects, digital initiatives, and system optimization programs.
  • Provide analytical support for strategic projects and business initiatives on an ad hoc basis.

What You'll Need to Succeed:

  • Degree in Accounting, Finance, Economics, Business Administration, or related disciplines.
  • 6-8+ years of experience gained from FP&A, commercial finance, management reporting, business analysis, or audit environments.
  • CPA, ACCA, or equivalent professional qualification is preferred.
  • Prior experience within multinational, listed, manufacturing, trading, or industrial sectors is advantageous.
  • Advanced Excel and financial modelling capabilities.
  • Familiarity with BI and planning tools is a plus.
