Site Manager

Job Title: Site Manager - Residential New Build

Location: near Dubbo, New South Wales, Australia. 

Job Description: We are currently seeking a Site Manager for a long term contract position to oversee residential new builds near Dubbo.

The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring that projects are completed on time, within budget, and to the required quality standards. There is the possibility of longer term employment after the initial contract.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage all aspects of construction projects, from planning to completion, including budget management, scheduling, and quality control.
• Liaise with clients, subcontractors, and suppliers to ensure that all project requirements are met.
• Provide regular progress updates to clients and stakeholders, including reporting on project timelines, budgets, and risks.
• Ensure that all work on site is carried out in accordance with relevant health and safety regulations.
• Manage a team of tradespeople and subcontractors, providing guidance and support as required.
• Review and approve project documentation, including plans, specifications, and contracts.
• Ensure that all project work is completed to a high standard, with a focus on quality and attention to detail.

Qualifications and Experience:

• Demonstrated experience in managing residential new build projects in NSW.
• Knowledge of relevant building codes and regulations.
• Strong budget management and scheduling skills.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and stakeholders.
• Experience in managing a team of tradespeople and subcontractors.
