Skills & Traits that we are looking for in our team:

- A forward thinker with the ability to problem-solve and meet the challenges we face.
- Minimum 3 years of agency recruitment experience in a 360 position.
- Excellent relationship-building and communication skills.

- High commission percentages (no changing goalposts)
