We are currently seeking an experienced Tenancy Manager, who is immediately available for a fully onsite role based in St Leonards. 

This is an opportunity to support a sector that is currently thriving, with opportunities to enjoy people-centric roles that give back to the communities they serve.

We are looking for applicants with a housing background in either community housing, real estate/lettings or property management to manage a large portfolio of nearly 200 clients.

  • Managing tenant relationships
  • Sustaining tenancies

  • Compliance and administration
Essential criteria:
  • Experience dealing with tenants in either community or private housing.
  • Excellent customer service skills and an impeccable telephone manner.
  • Emotional maturity and ability to handle sometimes sensitive conversations.
  • Ability to handle competing and changing priorities.
  • High attention to detail and top-level verbal and written communication.
  • A high level of confidentiality and discretion.
  • Intermediate Microsoft Outlook, Word and Excel skill
