Job Title: Summer Intern – Projects
Location: El Mirage, AZ
Pay: $20.00/hour
Schedule: Summer internship (duration based on school schedule and availability)

Overview:
We are offering a Summer Internship opportunity for engineering students entering their junior or senior year. This role is designed as an accelerated introduction to a Project Engineer career path, providing hands-on exposure across multiple areas of the business.

Interns will gain real-world experience by working alongside teams in drafting, estimating, production, and project management, while also spending time on the fabrication shop floor and visiting active job sites.

Key Responsibilities:

• Assist Project Managers and Project Engineers on active projects
• Support estimating and drafting teams with project-related tasks
• Gain exposure to production processes and shop operations
• Participate in site visits to understand project execution in the field
• Help with documentation, coordination, and general project support

Qualifications:

• Currently pursuing a 4-year degree in an Engineering discipline
• Entering junior or senior year
• Strong interest in construction, manufacturing, or structural steel
• Ability to work in both office and shop environments
• Strong communication and organizational skills
