We are partnering with a well-established Australian manufacturing business seeking a Customer Service Representative to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who thrives on delivering exceptional customer experiences while coordinating orders, logistics, and stakeholder communication.

About the Role:
Reporting to the Customer Service Manager, you will play a key role in supporting customers from initial enquiry through to delivery, ensuring a seamless and positive customer experience.

Key responsibilities include:
  • Managing customer enquiries via phone and email
  • Processing customer orders and quotes accurately and efficiently
  • Maintaining customer records and product information within the CRM/ERP system
  • Coordinating deliveries and communicating order updates to customers
  • Building strong relationships with customers, suppliers, and internal stakeholders
  • Assisting with customer product specifications and documentation
  • Monitoring inventory levels and customer stock requirements
  • Investigating and resolving customer queries in a professional manner
  • Collaborating closely with production, warehouse, administration, and sales teams
About YouTo be successful in this role, you will bring:
  • Previous experience in Customer Service, Customer Support, Internal Sales, or Order Processing
  • Strong administrative and data entry skills with high attention to detail
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines
  • Strong problem-solving and stakeholder management skills
  • Experience working within manufacturing, packaging, logistics, supply chain, or industrial environments will be highly regarded
  • Confidence using CRM, ERP, or business management systems
