Senior Associate Commercial Litigation Lawyer

The Opportunity 

This is a fantastic opportunity to work with a well regarded high end boutique law firm that has been established for over 30 years in Melbourne. Many lawyers and teams have been listed in best lawyers Australia and Lawyers weekly, recognising their abilities to perform at the highest level. 

You will work with small to large privately owned companies, developers, entrepreneurs, high networth individuals and more. You will work on a range of disputes such as but not limited to, 

- Shareholder and Director disputes; 
- Owners corporation disputes; 
- complex contractual disputes;
- Retail and commercial leasing disputes; 
- Misleading and diceptive conduct; and 
- Insolvency matters.

• $150,000 - $180,000 subject to your experience.  

About you

The ideal candidate will have;

- At least 4 years of post admission experience within commercial litigation. Candidates with more experience are strongly encouraged to apply;
- Insolvency experience is favourable but candidates without it will still be considered;
- Good time management skills; and
- Good verbal and written skills.
