Hiring: Senior ServiceNow Developer
Location: Buona Vista, Singapore

Working Arrangement: Hybrid
Salary: SGD $9,000 – $12,000/month (commensurate with experience)


We are seeking a Senior ServiceNow Developer to join the CIO Office of a leading scientific research agency, where you will play a key role in designing, developing, and enhancing enterprise ServiceNow solutions.

Key Responsibilities

✅ Design, develop, and maintain scalable ServiceNow solutions across ITSM, ITOM, CMDB, and App Engine
✅ Configure and optimise:

• Incident, Problem, Change, Request
• Knowledge Management
• Service Catalogue

✅ Implement and enhance:

• Discovery
• Service Mapping
• Event Management
• Discovery Patterns, Probes & Sensors

✅ Manage and maintain:

• CMDB aligned with CSDM
• Data governance, reconciliation, and relationship mapping

✅ Develop:

• Flow Designer workflows
• App Engine applications
• Business Rules
• Client Scripts
• Script Includes
• Custom applications and catalog items

✅ Build integrations using:

• REST/SOAP APIs
• IntegrationHub
• MID Server

✅ Ensure:

• Platform security (ACLs)
• Compliance and governance
• SDLC, deployments, update sets, upgrades
• Automated Test Framework (ATF)

✅ Work closely with business stakeholders, mentor junior developers, and contribute to the ServiceNow platform roadmap.


Requirements
✔ Degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related discipline
✔ Minimum 5–7 years of hands-on ServiceNow development and administration experience
✔ Strong expertise in:

• ServiceNow ITSM
• ITOM
• CMDB
• App Engine
• JavaScript
• Glide API
• REST/SOAP APIs
• IntegrationHub

Certifications (Mandatory)

✅ ServiceNow Certified System Administrator (CSA)
✅ ServiceNow Certified Application Developer (CAD)

Preferred

• CIS certification
• CTA certification
• ITIL certification
• Experience with Virtual Agent, Now Assist (AI), and ATF
