We're looking for an enthusiastic AI Business Analyst to help identify business processes that can be improved through AI and automation. Working closely with business stakeholders, you'll evaluate opportunities, implement AI-powered solutions using Microsoft's AI ecosystem, and help drive digital transformation initiatives across the organisation.

This is an excellent opportunity for recent graduates who are passionate about AI, automation, business analysis, and process improvement.

What You'll Do
AI Transformation

• Partner with business teams to identify manual and repetitive processes suitable for AI and automation.
• Analyse current workflows and recommend AI-driven improvements.
• Prioritise automation opportunities based on business impact and feasibility.
• Participate in organisation-wide AI transformation initiatives.

AI Solution Development

• Support the design, testing, and deployment of AI solutions using Microsoft Copilot Studio and Power Platform.
• Assist in developing workflow automations and AI agents.
• Conduct User Acceptance Testing (UAT) and gather user feedback for continuous improvements.

Data & Business Analytics

• Analyse operational data to identify productivity and efficiency opportunities.
• Develop dashboards and reports to monitor AI adoption and business outcomes.
• Prepare presentations and executive reports for project stakeholders.

Innovation & Research

• Research emerging AI technologies and industry best practices.
• Benchmark AI capabilities and recommend practical applications.
• Support business case development for future AI initiatives.

What We're Looking For
Requirements

• Currently pursuing or recently completed a Bachelor's degree in:
  • Computer Science
  • Information Systems
  • Business Analytics
  • Data Analytics
  • Engineering
  • Business Management
  • Artificial Intelligence / Machine Learning
  • or a related discipline
• Strong interest in AI, automation, and digital transformation.
• Analytical mindset with good problem-solving skills.
• Good communication and presentation skills.
• Comfortable working with cross-functional stakeholders.
• Able to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
