My client is looking for an experienced Civil Supervisor to oversee land development projects across Perth, with a focus on coordinating site activities, managing subcontractors and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.
  
Working closely with the operations team and senior leadership, you’ll take responsibility for day to day site activities, coordinating subcontractors, managing resources and ensuring works are delivered safely, efficiently and to the required standard.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Supervise daily site operations across land development and subdivision projects.
  • Coordinate subcontractors, labour, plant and materials.
  • Oversee earthworks, drainage, underground services and roadworks.
  • Monitor project progress, productivity and construction timeframes.
  • Ensure works meet safety, quality and environmental requirements.
  • Read and interpret engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Liaise with project managers, engineers, surveyors and subcontractors.
  • Maintain site records and provide regular progress updates.

About You
  • Experience supervising civil construction or land development projects.
  • Sound knowledge of subdivision works and civil infrastructure.
  • Ability to coordinate subcontractors and manage site activities.
  • Confident reading engineering drawings and construction plans.
  • Strong understanding of site safety and quality requirements.
  • Good communication, organisation and problem-solving skills.
  • A proactive approach with the ability to take ownership of site delivery.
