Davidson is proudly partnering with Sleepy's to find our next Sleep Expert & Store Manager.

This is a hands-on leadership role. You'll be on the floor selling alongside your team, coaching them to improve and taking ownership of your store's people, culture and commercial performance.


Who this is right for

You'll probably be someone who:

1. Genuinely loves selling and still wants to be on the floor
2. Gets energy from coaching people and watching them improve
3. Loves becoming an expert so you can genuinely help customers
4. Enjoys the commercial side of running a business
5. Is always looking for a better way to do things
6. Wants to lead, not simply manage

Maybe you're already doing more than your job title suggests

If your current leader sees you as simply a store location and a set of numbers but your team knows how much you give to make that store successful, then maybe we should chat?

You're the person coaching them, keeping everyone motivated, solving problems and you still love customer interactions - in fact you’re the best salesperson in the team.
