Schedule: Monday – Friday | 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Training: Initial training will take place on 1st and 2nd shifts

Position Overview
This is a direct hire opportunity! The Electrical Technician will be responsible for maintaining, troubleshooting, and repairing electrical systems and equipment to ensure safe and efficient plant operations.

Key Responsibilities

  • Inspect, maintain, and repair electrical equipment and systems.
  • Troubleshoot electrical issues and identify root causes.
  • Install, test, and repair electrical components and wiring.
  • Perform preventative maintenance on machinery and electrical systems.
  • Read and interpret electrical schematics, blueprints, and technical diagrams.
  • Ensure all work is completed according to safety regulations and company standards.
  • Work collaboratively with maintenance and production teams to minimize downtime.
  • Maintain accurate maintenance and repair records.
Qualifications
  • Previous experience as an Electrical Technician, Electrician, or Industrial Maintenance Technician.
  • Strong troubleshooting and diagnostic skills.
  • Ability to read electrical schematics and technical diagrams.
  • Experience working with industrial equipment and electrical systems.
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to safety.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
