Learning and Development Specialist - Technology

An exciting opportunity has arisen for a Technology Learning Consultant to join a leading, award winning advisory firm in Sydney. This role sits within a national technology function and enables digital capability and drives the adoption of technology across a large, high performing professional services environment.

This is a highly visible role that blends hands on training with change management. It works closely with support and shared services teams to help individuals and groups better understand and leverage technology in their day-to-day work.

Responsibilities

• Deliver engaging technology training sessions for new starters, graduates and existing staff
• Provide in person support through floor walking and direct stakeholder engagement
• Build strong relationships to understand team workflows and identify improvement opportunities
• Support the rollout of new technology through change management and communication activities
• Promote adoption of Microsoft 365 tools and capabilities
• Support the use of generative AI tools such as Copilot to improve productivity
• Develop training materials and user guides to support learning and adoption
• Monitor engagement and adoption levels and adjust approaches as needed
• Partner with project teams to support successful technology implementation

Requirements

• Proven experience in technology training, digital adoption or learning and development
• Experience in a professional services or enterprise environment
• Strong knowledge of Microsoft 365 and modern workplace tools
• Exposure to or experience with generative AI tools such as Copilot
• Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills
• Ability to deliver both structured training and informal on the ground support
• Strong stakeholder focus with the ability to build trust and credibility
• Ability to manage competing priorities in a fast paced environment

Desirable

• Familiarity with legal technology platforms such as document or knowledge management systems
• Formal change management training or certification
• Experience working on large scale or multi year technology programs
• Interest in emerging technologies and innovation in the workplace
