Trainee Bank Teller - Southport

The Role: 
We are currently searching for First Nations candidates who are seeking a career in the banking and finance industry. The Banking traineeship, will give you the training and skills to confidently serve customers, manage transactions and operate systems.
 
Over a 12-month traineeship, you will gain a cert III Business through a full time traineeship.
 
Work Hours:
Monday - Friday 8:30am - 5:00pm
 
This role is targeted for Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander candidates only. 
 
The successful candidate will receive Culturally sensitive mentoring to ensure they have all the support necessary to succeed. 
 
Key Responsibilities:
Under the guidance and supervision of the qualified team, you will learn all things business, finance and customer service.

• Customer Service
• Withdrawals, deposits and transactions
• Account enquiries
• Maintain a clean and professional environment
• Data entry

 
 Ideal Candidate Traits:

• Aboriginal or Torres Strait Islander
• Good customer service skills
• Pass a Police check
