Key Responsibilities

  • Luxury Vacations & Destination Management: Promote tailored luxury vacations and bundle premium assets—including accommodations, private dining, and spa services—into high-ticket travel packages.
  • Retreats & Sojourns Management: Launch signature wellness retreats for corporate leadership and leisure groups, securing seasonal group bookings through outbound sales.
  • Membership Sales & Development: Target MNCs and conglomerates for premium corporate memberships; design tiered individual programs, manage contract finalization, and lead member retention initiatives.
  • Global Market Expansion: Penetrate international markets by establishing global distribution partnerships with premium travel agencies and concierge services.
  • Strategic Revenue & Marketing Growth: Formulate cross-channel campaigns, manage annual forecasting, and manage brand messaging across WeChat, WhatsApp, and global digital media platforms.
  • Partner Relationships: Build strategic alliances with premium corporate stakeholders, negotiate business terms with OTAs, and establish cross-industry referral networks.

Candidate Profile

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Hospitality Management, Business Administration, or a closely related discipline.
  • Experience: 6+ years of proven experience in luxury hospitality, premium club operations, wellness retreat management, luxury travel sales, or B2B corporate sales.
  • Track Record: Demonstrated success in selling high-ticket corporate accounts, luxury memberships, or premium lifestyle and vacation portfolios.
  • Language Skills: Exceptional spoken and written English and Chinese, with high business proficiency in Mandarin.
  • Core Competencies: Target-driven mindset, polished interpersonal skills, cross-cultural competence, and deep familiarity with Greater Bay Area and international market expansions.
