Key Responsibilities
- Participate in budgeting cycles and assist with periodic forecast updates
- Monitor financial results, highlighting variances and key business drivers
- Generate insights to support strategic and operational decision-making
- Work closely with cross-functional teams to consolidate relevant financial data
- Develop and maintain reports, dashboards, and internal presentations for management
- Provide analytical support on business initiatives and handle ad hoc assignments
Candidate Profile
- Degree holder in Finance, Accounting, or a related discipline
- Around 3–5 years of relevant experience in financial analysis or similar functions
- Candidates from audit background are encouraged; exposure to retail or FMCG sectors is advantageous
- Solid analytical capabilities with familiarity in forecasting and financial analysis tools
- Proficient in both written and spoken English and Chinese
