Key Responsibilities:
- Act as the agile delivery lead for an engineering squad, removing blockers and managing sprints.
- Mentor and develop software engineers, conducting career development plans and 1-on-1 coaching sessions.
- Collaborate with Product Management to break down high-level requirements into clear, technical engineering tasks.
- Maintain high coding standards through code reviews and continuous integration practices.
Candidate Requirements:
- 3+ years of experience acting as an Engineering Manager, Tech Lead, or Team Lead within a product-centric B2B SaaS company.
- Strong technical background in modern cloud architectures (AWS/Azure) and backend languages (Go, Java, or Node.js).
- Direct experience handling data security standards and secure development lifecycles.
