ABOUT THE ROLE
This is a varied and rewarding Client Support role where you'll become the central point of contact for clients, clinicians and external stakeholders. You'll manage referrals, coordinate clinician schedules, respond to enquiries and help ensure the smooth day-to-day running of a busy allied health office. Working alongside a collaborative team, you'll play an important role in delivering a positive client experience while supporting clinicians to provide outstanding care.
DUTIES
- Manage new client enquiries via phone, email and online referrals
- Process referrals and coordinate clinician appointments
- Schedule, reschedule and manage clinician calendars
- Prepare and administer service agreements and client documentation
- Liaise with clients, families and external stakeholders
- Support clinicians with day-to-day administrative requirements
- Maintain a welcoming, organised office environment
- Complete Work Health & Safety administrative tasks and quarterly audits
- Accurately update client records using internal systems
- Contribute to continuous process improvements and team initiatives
- Previous experience in administration, client services or customer support
- Experience within healthcare, allied health or the NDIS highly regarded
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage competing priorities
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
- Confident using multiple systems and able to quickly learn new technology
- A proactive, adaptable and solutions-focused approach
- High attention to detail and strong administrative accuracy
