Key responsibilities

This role is responsible for coordinating marketing activity across digital and traditional channels, supporting brand growth and ensuring campaigns, content and customer communications are delivered accurately and on time.

  • Campaigns: Coordinate end-to-end marketing campaigns from the initial brief through to rollout.
  • Content calendar: Manage marketing activity across social media, email, the website and relevant industry platforms.
  • Copywriting: Write, edit and publish engaging content aligned with the brand’s tone and messaging.
  • Collateral: Support the creation of brochures, presentations, launch kits and other marketing assets.
  • Collaboration: Liaise with internal stakeholders, designers, photographers, videographers and external partners.
  • Digital channels: Keep the website, social platforms, industry listings and CRM content current and optimised.
  • Reporting: Monitor campaign performance and identify opportunities to improve future activity.
  • Events: Provide marketing support for product launches, industry events and trade shows.
  • Email marketing: Assist with copy, audience segmentation, scheduling and campaign reporting.
  • Administration: Maintain marketing databases and support budget tracking and general marketing coordination.

Your skills and experience

  • Marketing experience: A tertiary qualification in marketing or communications, or approximately three years’ relevant experience.
  • Copywriting: Strong written communication skills and the ability to produce clear, engaging content.
  • Organisation: A highly organised approach with the ability to manage competing priorities and meet deadlines.
  • Attention to detail: A commitment to accuracy and brand consistency across all marketing touchpoints.
  • Digital tools: Confidence using social platforms, Adobe applications and content management systems.
  • Analytics: Exposure to Google Ads and Google Analytics, with the ability to interpret campaign performance.
  • CRM: Experience maintaining customer or marketing information within a CRM platform.

You will stand out if you have

  • Industry experience: Marketing experience within building products, architectural products or aluminium products.
  • Website platforms: Hands-on experience using Squarespace or WordPress.
  • CRM systems: Previous exposure to Zoho CRM or a similar platform.
