As a key technical expert, you will support, maintain, and troubleshoot our advanced infusion devices, playing a vital role in ensuring optimal device performance and patient safety in critical care settings.
Required Skills:
- Background in biomedical engineering, hospital-based biomedical technician work, or electronics engineering
- Proven experience servicing medical devices in clinical or hospital environments
- Strong diagnostic, troubleshooting, and problem-solving skills
- Ability to work independently with excellent organizational and communication skills
- High attention to detail, safety protocols, and regulatory standards
- Willingness and ability to travel interstate as needed
- Full Australian working rights
Nice to Have Skills:
- Experience with infusion therapy equipment or similar medical devices
- Familiarity with medical device regulatory compliance and safety standards
- Previous experience collaborating with clinical staff and biomedical teams
Preferred Education and Experience:
- Tertiary qualification in biomedical engineering, electronics, or related fields preferred
- Relevant experience in servicing or supporting medical devices within hospital or clinical environments
Other Requirements:
- Ability to manage on-site device support with minimal supervision
- Eagerness to develop technical expertise and advance within the medical technology sector
- Flexibility to start within 5 weeks
