Construction Worker

Responsibilities

  • Assist skilled team members on residential construction projects

  • Safely operate basic hand and power tools

  • Measure, cut, assemble, and install materials

  • Load and unload materials while helping maintain an efficient workflow on site

  • Maintain a clean, organized, and safe job site at all times

  • Communicate clearly and effectively with the team

Qualifications and Skills

  • Prior construction or manual labor experience is a plus, but not required

  • Ability to perform physically demanding work, including lifting, standing, and outdoor work in varying conditions

  • Willingness to learn, follow directions, and take pride in quality work

  • Strong reliability and work ethic; showing up on time every day matters

  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation required to travel to job sites

  • Must have own tape measure

Benefits/Compensation

  • Full Time

  • Pay Rate is $15-$25 per hour based on experience and skill level

  • 1st Shift: Daytime hours between 7:00 AM - 4:00 PM

  • Weekly pay while employed through Career Concepts

  • Benefits available while employed through Career Concepts

  • Temp-To-Hire

  • Benefits after Probation period
