Electronics Engineer (Inverter)

• Design hardware architecture and schematics for Inverter independently.
• Work with PCB layout engineer for PCB layout review and components placement for Inverter independently.
• Discuss requirements with customer about Inverter independently. Work for hardware technical solution for
• customers about Inverter.
• Write and review hardware design related documents for Inverter independently. Review Germany documents for Inverter to check if it meet ASIA market or not.
• Write hardware design spec, function test spec, manufacture test spec, validation test spec and EMC test spec.
• Perform inverter functional test. Perform EMC test with the help of EMC test engineer.
• Do DFMEA analysis job and worst case analysis for inverter.
• Analyze customer EMC requirements.
• Support factory build and test for Inverter.
• Work for other task that is assigned by hardware team leader.

Requirements

• Electronics schematic design knowledge for Analog circuit and digital circuit.
• Advanced knowledge of IGBT and power MOSFET’s driver, protection and power dissipation.
• Verifiable hands-on knowledge on Infineon or PowerPC microprocessor circuit design and hardware software interface.
• Advanced hardware design knowledge of electric
• Vehicle Inverter (Design, Analysis, verification, validation, trouble shooting…).
• Advanced knowledge and tools of power electronics hardware design and motor controller design (Design, Analysis, verification, validation, trouble shooting…).
• EMC design and analysis knowledge.
• Advanced knowledge of Automotive EMC standard and DV/PV standard.
• Automotive design and manufacture theory and knowledge.
• Advanced speaking English and written English
