GM Marketing (Mat Leave Contract)

We are hiring for an interim GM Marketing to support a growth-focused team for a maternity leave placement (11 months).

In this senior leadership role you’ll be managing a team of eight brand, loyalty and digital marketers and help guide the team through a period of growth and consider how the team navigate AI adoption and efficiency. With a strong focus on data and digital performance analytics, you’ll leverage insights to drive the marketing strategy, aligning it to business and commercial objectives. You’ll then map out actionable plans across digital, social and in-store channels, and work with internal creative and an agency to deliver campaigns.

Your remit also covers direction and guidance across customer loyalty initiatives, optimising partnerships and product development. Excellent stakeholder skills are critical as you’ll work closely with a varied range of internal teams including franchisees as well as external agencies and partners, and you will need to work at all levels of the business.

 

This role would suit an experienced Marketing leader ideally with experience in fast-paced retail, hospitality or food environments with a strong focus on digital communication. You should have an entrepreneurial approach, a commercial mindset and the ability to juggle multiple priorities.
