Apply directWe’re looking for a Traffic Manager keep projects moving smoothly and ensure teams are resourced effectively for a wonderful Melbourne based team on a part-time (3 day a week) basis.
Working closely with the Content Director and Strategy Lead, you’ll play a central role in how the agency operates day to day. You’ll balance timelines and priorities, facilitate communication between teams, and ensure projects are delivered predictably and professionally — both internally and for clients.
You’ll be managing workflow and timelines across a range of content projects, allocating tasks based on skillsets and availability, and keeping an eye budgets. You’ll help keep WIPs structured and efficient and support the ongoing rhythm of the team’s delivery.
You must be highly organised and detail-oriented, with excellent communication skills and a proactive approach. Agency experience is helpful but not essential, provided you’re comfortable managing multiple priorities and enjoy working in an agency environment with largely remote team.
