Interim General Manager Marketing

Outstanding opportunity for a growth-focused Marketer.

 

In this senior leadership role you’ll be managing a team of brand, loyalty and digital marketers. With a strong focus on data and digital performance analytics, you’ll leverage insights to drive the marketing strategy, aligning it to business and commercial objectives. You’ll then map out actionable plans across digital, social and in-store channels, and work with internal creative and an agency partner to deliver campaigns. Your remit also covers direction and guidance across customer loyalty initiatives, optimising partnerships and external agency relationships. Excellent stakeholder skills are critical as you’ll work closely with a varied range of internal teams including an extensive franchisee network and you will need to work at all levels of the business.

 

This role would suit an experienced Marketing leader ideally with experience in a QSR, food, hospitality or retail environment with a strong focus on digital performance. You should have an entrepreneurial approach, a commercial mindset and the ability to juggle lots of multiple priorities.
