Social Media & Content Specialist

This is an exciting opportunity for a creative and digitally savvy marketing professional to take ownership of social media content across multiple platforms, helping to build brand awareness, engage audiences and deliver impactful campaigns. Working within a collaborative marketing team, you'll play a key role in creating compelling content, managing social channels, analysing performance and supporting broader business initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage and grow social media channels across Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok and YouTube
• Create, schedule and publish engaging written, visual and video content
• Develop social-first assets including Reels, short-form videos, graphics and carousels
• Plan and optimise paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn

• Monitor campaign performance, analyse insights and provide recommendations
• Manage online community engagement and monitor brand sentiment
• Collaborate with internal teams to deliver integrated marketing campaigns.
• Support stakeholders with social media best practices, training and content planning
• Ensure all content aligns with brand guidelines and maintains a consistent brand voice
• Stay up to date with social media trends, platform updates and emerging opportunities

• Tertiary qualifications in Marketing, Communications, Digital Marketing or a related field.
• 3-5 years' experience in a social media, content marketing or digital marketing role.
• Proven experience managing business or brand social media channels end-to-end.
• Strong copywriting and content creation skills across photography, video and social-first creative.
• Experience managing paid social campaigns across Meta and LinkedIn.
• Experience using social media management platforms such as Sprout Social (or similar).
• Strong analytical skills with experience reporting on campaign performance.
• Proficiency with content creation tools such as Canva, CapCut, DaVinci Resolve or similar.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Strong organisational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects and deadlines
