The Role As Care Coordinator, you'll play a pivotal role in ensuring care services are delivered safely, efficiently and to the highest standards. Working closely with the Registered Manager and wider office team, you'll coordinate care schedules, support carers, respond to changing client needs and help maintain excellent continuity of care. This role requires excellent organisation, strong communication skills and the ability to balance operational priorities while always keeping the individual receiving care at the centre of every decision. Key Responsibilities Coordinate and manage care staff rotas, ensuring safe and effective service delivery. Match care professionals to clients based on skills, experience, continuity and individual needs. Respond promptly to changes in care requirements, emergencies and staffing challenges. Liaise professionally with clients, families, healthcare professionals and external agencies. Support the recruitment, induction and ongoing supervision of care staff. Monitor care delivery to ensure compliance with CQC standards, company policies and best practice. Complete care reviews, risk assessments and maintain accurate electronic records. Ensure care visits are fully covered whilst promoting continuity of care. Support investigations, incident reporting and quality improvement initiatives where required. Build positive relationships with care teams, providing guidance, encouragement and day-to-day support. Contribute towards achieving operational targets, service growth and high customer satisfaction. About You Previous experience as a Care Coordinator, Senior Care Coordinator or similar within domiciliary care. Good understanding of CQC regulations and person-centred care. Strong rota planning and scheduling experience. Excellent communication and relationship-building skills. Calm under pressure with exceptional organisational abilities. Confident using care management systems and Microsoft Office. A flexible approach with a genuine passion for delivering outstanding care. Full UK driving licence and access to a vehicle preferred.
