We're looking for an Account Executive to be the first person on the ground, in the UK, they'll work closely with a BDR and marketing but also need to be able to generate their own leads & deals.
To succeed as AE you should be ambitious, a real closer, hard working and a brilliant communicator. The ideal candidate will have experience in all stages of the sales cycle and should also be confident with building new client relationship and maintaining existing ones.
Responsibilities:
- Lead the customer demo.
- Asses needs of a Prospect.
- Lead the Intro-calls with clients.
- Running the entirety of the sales cycle and manage the sales pipeline.
- Focusing on closing deals in the pipeline
- Generate new business opportunities to fuel pipeline and growth.
Requirements:
- Proven ability and track record in closing deals.
- Proven record of overachieving quota annually & quarterly.
- Proven experience and track record with solution-based approach to selling and complex sales process
- Ability to cultivate, manage, develop, and close new business.
- Proven and established professional, consultative relationships with the client, up to and including the C-level.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Relationship management skills
What we're looking for:
- 3+ years of closing experience within the financial/ tech industry.
- Ability to manage complex sales process.
- Ability to cultivate, manage, develop, and close new business.
- Excellent verbal and written communication, presentation, and relationship skills
Bonus Points
- Experience working within in startups is a plus.
- Existing relationships within the Financial industry, specifically AML is a nice to have.
