What You’ll Do

  • Set up and operate press brake machinery to bend, form, and shape metal components
  • Interpret blueprints, drawings, and work orders to meet exact specifications
  • Select and install appropriate tooling, dies, and materials for each job
  • Perform machine setup, including alignment and calibration for accurate production
  • Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools (micrometers, calipers, etc.)
  • Monitor machine performance and complete routine maintenance checks
  • Troubleshoot issues and make adjustments to ensure quality and efficiency
  • Follow all safety standards and maintain a clean, organized workspace
  • Collaborate with team members to meet production goals and deadlines
 
What You Bring
  • 2+ years of press brake or metal fabrication experience
  • Strong blueprint reading and interpretation skills
  • Experience with precision measuring tools and quality inspection
  • Solid understanding of fabrication processes and machine operation
  • High attention to detail and commitment to producing quality work
  • Problem-solving mindset with the ability to troubleshoot equipment or process issues
  • Good communication skills and a team-oriented attitude
  • Flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and production needs
  • High school diploma or equivalent
  • Ability to pass pre-employment screening
  • Machine operation certification (a plus)

Pay: $18–$30/hour (based on experience) + growth opportunities
Schedule: 1st Shift | 6:00 AM – 4:00 PM (overtime as needed)
Employment Type: Temp-to-Hire or Direct Hire (for the right candidate)
